    CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE METHOD OF PAYMENT ON AN ORDER?

    We only accept one method of payment per order.

    WHEN WILL PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER BE TAKEN?

    Payment is taken when the order is processed and ready for dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent when the order has been processed.

    CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    To amend or cancel an order, please email store@moon.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or amended if it has already been processed for dispatch.

    WHAT IF I AM INTERESTED IN A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE?

    Items that are not shown on our website may be available at one of our shops and can be purchased via our mail order service. Please contact store@moon.com or one of our standalone shops and we will be happy to assist.

    CAN I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

    Orders can be sent to any address; however, multiple delivery addresses cannot be used on the same order. Please note we do not offer gift receipts, and pricing will be visible on the order invoice.

    Economy shipping that takes 5 to 8 business days.

  • CAN I COLLECT AN ORDER FROM YOUR SHOPS?

    Southern California orders can be collected free of charge from One Moon. Please fill out the Private Booking Form to collect items from the store

    WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

    An email notification will be sent when the order is ready to be collected from the selected shop. When collecting the order a proof of identity (e.g. passport, driver license, original payment card) is required together with a copy of the order confirmation.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 business days so we may work with you to exchange it for the right piece. Garments sent back for exchange must be unworn, in new condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

    A personalized One Moon account securely stores preferred shipping and payment details for easier checkout. Additionally, all order and shipping details are stored in the account.

    DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    Opening an account is optional, and orders can be placed without an account.

    I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

    Account passwords can be reset by clicking the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link in the SIGN IN section. An email instructing on how to reset the password will be sent to the registered email address.

    If the account still cannot be accessed after resetting the password, please contact shop@onemoo.com, and we will be happy to assist.

    HOW IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION STORED?

    All payment method details stored by One Moon are encrypted via tokenization from our secure payment provider.

    HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

    Please contact shop@onemoo.com for assistance with deleting an account.
